Accessibility at Altadena Library

The Altadena Libraries are committed to reducing barriers to library use by highlighting our:

  • Adaptive tools (equipment)

  • Accessible services and collections

  • Easiest ways to enter our Main Library

Our branch library is currently undergoing renovations that will make it fully accessible, and our main library is scheduled to undergo similar renovations starting in 2025. Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome in our public libraries.

We are also actively pursuing a more accessible web and app experience.
