Public Records Act Requests
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Cal. Gov. Code § 7921.0000), access to information concerning the conduct of the people's business is a fundamental and necessary right of every person in this state. Members of the public may request access to records in the possession of public agencies for the purpose of inspection and copying.
The Altadena Library District is committed to transparency and fully complies with the California Public Records Act.

To request Board documents or any document which falls under the California Public Records Act, you may make your request in writing by downloading the form via the button below and submitting it to the Administration Office located at the Main Library.
